I couldn’t be more happy. Mrs. Rafal is amazing. I’m just a short few weeks I see a huge improvement with my daughter’s speech. Mrs. Rafal is so sweet and patient. Very knowledgeable and attentive with my daughter. My daughter cannot wait to come see her every week and I see the enthusiasm in her little face when she sees Mrs. Rafal. I started seeing Jessica Finney after surgery for stage 4 endometriosis, and I’ve been very happy with her care. She is kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and pays close attention to detail. She takes the time to really listen, ask questions, and understand your situation before recommending treatment. I’ve felt very supported working with her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate pelvic floor physical therapist.

I have had a wonderful experience with Jess at the Brooks Rehab location on CR210 in St. Johns. She is very knowledgeable in her field, listens attentively, and pleasantly answers any questions that I have. If she needs to do further research on a question or a topic that comes up she doesn’t hesitate to let me know which I truly appreciate. She gets back with me in a timely manner and it’s very obvious she’s done her research. She is a wonderful Physical Therapist and truly cares about her patients.
