Brooks Rehabilitation Outpatient Clinic - St. Augustine

We have been coming to Brooks for 2 years now. I would highly recommend this facility. The Therapists and rest of staff are wonderful, kind , and caring. My child has made many improvements and not just in speech. They have provided me with resources and assistance and really just go above and beyond! Would 100 percent recommend.

Brooks Rehabilitation provided me with an accurate assessment, determined the appropriate treatment plan, then supported my performance with encouragement and patience. It's been a very successful experience, returning me to functionality through proper exercise and focus. A special call out to my Therapist, C. Sourou! And thanks to the staff for patiently working with my schedule. They delivered profession support!

I just finished five months of therapy for a complete shoulder replacement. The nice ladies in the front desk were very helpful in scheduling 20 appointments and later assisted with a few changes I needed. I worked primarily with Nick and Des, both of whom were great help in getting my shoulder strength and motion back again. They patiently answered my many questions. I never felt rushed or ignored. The sessions always started on time. It was explained to me what I could do and what I shouldn't do. At the end of the five moths my shoulder is pretty much back to the way it was years ago before the injury. I will definitely return to Brooks if I need therapy again.

My wife has tried to get several appointments here to the point where they never call her back to get one set up when she can’t reach the actual office. Then her referral lapses at the facility’s fault and she has to go to the dr again to get it renewed. She’s done this 3 times now and someone named destiny called her & left her a voicemail canceling one of her appointments then never called back or answered to get her back on the schedule . When she finally got ahold of the front desk, Destiny stated it’s not her fault they don’t answer phones or return the voicemails and said it’s cause they’re under construction. But yet the one time she came in to make an appointment there was 2 girls at the desk just playing on their cell phones letting the phones ring. We live 45 minutes from this facility so it’s not ideal for her to just drive up here to make an appointment either.
