Very poor communication and an extremely disappointing experience. I waited three weeks for my appointment and spoke with multiple front desk staff members beforehand, yet at no point was I informed of the policy regarding auto insurance. I was only made aware of this policy on the actual day of my appointment, after I had already waited three weeks and taken time off work to attend. At that point, I had no choice but to cancel the appointment. What makes this especially frustrating is that the office had multiple opportunities to communicate this requirement to me beforehand. A simple phone call or mention during any of my previous conversations could have prevented me from wasting my time and missing work unnecessarily. I understand that policies exist, but the lack of communication and consideration for my time is completely unacceptable. After waiting three weeks and making arrangements around this appointment, being told about an important requirement at the last minute was extremely unprofessional. This could and should have been handled much better.

The best thing about this place is the nurses and cnas. My mom was here and I live out of state and tried to get her doctor and case manager to call me back when I left several messages and no communication I'm currently sitting in the lobby with my mother to talk to them and it's been 45 minutes. If this is how you care for your patience I'm glad I drove 17 hours straight to get my mother. Not very happy with this place.
My Physical therapist Emily Benner is great. She is very helpful. She's got me walking again. All the Physical therapist are great. Everyone in the office is respectful, kind, and it's always clean.
Claire Byers gave the most dedicated and detailed oriented guidance for my occupational therapy. I have worked with 15+ therapists over the last 5 months after my stroke. CLAIRE IS THE BEST!
My daughter attended Brooks Rehabilitation at the Plaza, for almost 7 months. She was in intensive therapy 5 days a week. We were lucky to have 3 amazing therapist work on our daughter. They were punctual, knowledgeable and beyond patient. They were able to push her, make her stronger, and give her confidence. This place with these amazing humans will be missed.
