Everyday I see my schedule of PT and OT so I know what to expect. Everyone I work with to improve my mobility and self care has been so good, nice and caring. The encouragement was so needed and appreciated. Brooks has made such a difference in my progress. Very blessed to have been treated here!

Everyone here took such great care of my SIL. I appreciate all of their efforts and attention to her! Ricky made up her bed and really brightened up her day! They are a 10 out of 10. ❤️
Brooks Bartram has been a great experience for me and has kept me on pace with my coworkers. I am thankful to my doctors, nurses, OT stuff, PT stuff and everyone else there in attendance. Keep up the great work!
Excellent !!! Dr Shah, Arryn, Beata, Leonie, Elizabeth, Zwannah, Joshwulynn, Salvina ( Vina ),...Alfredo, and the rest of the staff that took very special care of me during the 30 days I was there all deserve excellent 5-star ratings. My room and the rest of the facility are kept clean and well maintained. The food, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are plentiful and very delicious. I recommend anyone seeking special treatment for rehabilitation to stay here and enjoy. I had hip surgery at UF HEALTH JACKSONVILLE and transferred to Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital Bartram for rehabilitation.
Everyone has been fantastic. From Dr’s, Nurses, CNA’s and all physical therapist, occupational therapist and speech therapist. Everyone has gone over and beyond their call of duty. Always smiling and helpful
