Brooks Rehabilitation Home Health - Corporate Center

My Mother’s primary care physician sent over a referral for PT on 2/17. Today is 3/2 and nothing has taken place. I have called several times and no one seems to know ANYTHING. A lady contacted me on yesterday and asked what insurance did my Mother have and that’s probably why no one has contacted me. The worst customer service ever for them to be leading experts in therapy.

I asked for the therapists to call 15 min before coming to my home because we have a small dog that nips. SHE SHOWED no call im having trouble with getting my breath to accommodate her I would have to hury and kernel up 2 dogs I they can't follow a simple request for their safety I canceled the much needed service and she was one half hour late which again I set the alarm so I would be ready for her VERY BAD EXPERIENCE and when I called to complain they did not care There is more competition so I would not use their services again

From day one the client felt like Brooks Home Health Care was trying to get rid of her. That says everything. Almost a year with of the worst PT and OT experiences, it seemed these trained professionals were always trying to find ways to not service or help the client. Brooks executives need to reevaluate their managers too, the two I had to deal with were very unprofessional and exhibited absolutely no compassion.

Brooks Home Health is incredible. Bethany is one of the coordinators and she went above and beyond to help my brother get the physical therapy he needs. He has special needs and she made sure we were referred to the appropriate facility that was also close to home. Can't say enough good things about the customer service we received!
