Absolutely amazing service!!! Russel came out the day after I called and serviced my ice machine, and found a faulty part that was covered under my warranty. B&G has always been and will forever be the only company to work on any of my ice machines. Thanks again for the top notch quality service y’all have always provided.
CJ was incredible today! He fixed our ice machine today, he’s such a professional and courteous. Rarely do you get someone coming in and engaging. Most people just come in and fix or don’t fix the problem and leave but CJ worked and actually engaged with the staff. By the time he left we were up and running. He went above and beyond! Anytime we have a problem we’re coming to you all. Hopefully we get CJ again!
Quick response, and scheduling our urgent issue immediately for repair. The technician Cj informed me of the cause of the problem and had the new parts to replace the damaged one. Also B&G refrigeration was very professional and diligent informing me with ETA name and photo of the technician that was in route. Iam very satisfied with their performance. Thank you.
