Best in Jax at parts! Highly recommend! You get to know the more helpful ones behind the counter. These guys have taken good care of us for over 15 years!
49 days in, with not completed system. Their original NEW hvac I purchased has never worked properly. They have repaired multiple times. Holes in house where not needed, refuse to contact me as requested…I bought a NEW system. Not repaired. Just awful. Picture is of current temperature in house after running heat for 2 hours.
Drop and hook for me. Can be a little tight were the trailers are in the docks. But other then that in and out 30 minutes. The red arrow is were you check in at.
Drivers don’t deliver here ever. I repeat don’t deliver here. This is ridiculous. Checked in at 7am. Per broker 8am appointment. Per shipper had an 11am appointment. It’s now 17:03 (10hrs) later and not even half way empty. I give -5 stars. Definitely will never come here again.
I show up at 545am for a 0600 appointment and no one cames in till 0700. And then when up have to back in the door where you have to try and dodge cars that are parked and coming in flying around you while you are backing in the door. Will be my last time delivering here.
