After experiencing migraine headaches for years as a teenager that caused me to have horrible nausea, vomiting, and dizziness, I was recommended Dr. Marrow by my neurologist. It was a last resort after medication failed me, but once I walked into this place, I had wished it was my first line of defense. Dr. Marrow was incredibly compassionate and took the time to listen and really help me understand what was wrong with my neck. Even when dealing with me when I was a hyper and easily distracted teenager, he was patient and caring. I never threw up again from a migraine and my vertigo vanished. I still practice many of the techniques he taught me back then and my life has improved far more than it ever did with migraine medication! I cannot recommend this place enough, I pray my daughter never has to deal with the same neck issues I did, but if she does, I know exactly where I’ll take her!

This is far and away the best physical therapy I have ever had. It's not your typical PT mill with 1 therapist for 20 patients. Marrow gives you advanced hands-on manual physical therapy and very effective treatments. He has been a life saver and given me tremendous relief
So happy for PT here. Knowledge and caring! Also parking is great especially compared to hospital setting. I have improved and still need more but much confidence in the Doctor! Office staff are always positive and helpful when you first navigate all this.
Let me start off by saying this review does not reflect the therapy. Marrow was very knowledgeable and friendly. My problem is with the front desk asking for my insurance information and billing me as a self-pay without informing me my insurance wasn’t being used.
Marrow is a magician when it comes to physio therapy. He is truly skilled, educated and passionate to help people improve (even at the risk of low return customer base..lol). I was fortunate to be referred to him many years ago for pain management. He not only helped with pain management, but taught me preventative techniques. I never encountered anyone who truly helped address preventative self care as Marrow has done. It still takes work, but he was definitely the right person to help guide the journey effectively. I am glad I don't need his service often, but I owe him many years without pain and a semi normal life. Thank you.
