Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside Outpatient Rehabilitation

I’d like to recognize Hazel from the Physical Therapy department on the 3rd floor at the Riverside location. I recently completed my sessions with her, and I’m genuinely pleased with the progress we made and the level of care she provided. Hazel consistently adapted to my needs and understood my physical limits with precision. Her confidence, skill, and presence made every session feel intentional and effective — more than anyone else I’ve worked with during this recovery journey. Thank you, Hazel, for believing in me!

I love my progress since doing PT, my neck and shoulder are a lot better. This has motivated me to exercise at home, I'm happy for that. Liz is my girl, thanks for your help and care.

Liz my PT , is the best ever. She is so thoughtful & thorough with every session I’ve had with her. The facility is always clean I love how all the PT’s & patients are cheerful & friendly & holding conversations with each other I’ve been to qui a few facilities other the years & this one is best by far!!!
