Amber transformed my body, both physically and mentally. She helped me increase my strength, improved my posture and prepared me for the next few decades of my life. I am a 57 year old woman who lacked the knowledge to weight train properly without causing injury. Amber is very skilled at determining her client’s deficits and needs. She is encouraging, motivating and invested in your success. I feel stronger, act stronger and am stronger because of Amber.

Amber has been fantastic to train with. She pushes me harder than I would on my own and keeps my goals in mind as she varies my program. I am lifting heavier and feeling stronger. I just had my bone mineral density retested and my T scores doubled. You couldn't ask for better results than that.
Personal Trainer. I’ve been training with Amber for 5 months and have seen results! She is extremely knowledgeable about body mechanics and designed a tailored program that helped me improve my posture and get stronger. My Chiropractor even commented that he noticed the difference. Amber is professional, encouraging, and keeps every session challenging but fun. If you’re looking to truly change your fitness, I highly recommend her!
Training with Amber changed my whole perspective on the gym and weight training! I came to her with zero knowledge or background and with 2 months of training I’ve established a regular schedule, I’m confident in my form and navigating machines, and have a solid program that I’m already seeing results from. I can’t thank Amber enough, she’s knowledgeable, kind, understanding, motivating, all the things! I look forward to reconnecting for a program and progress update as I continue on my gym journey.
SHE IS GREAT AND KNOWS HER STUFF
