This company has contracts with Builders and HVAC Manufacturers in Florida. They do a good job and honor the warranty on your system. They come out once a year to service the system and change the filter for those of us who forget to do it. They did a great job and the response was fast.

Jacob was the second technician that they had come out to my house. He was informative. He fixed the issue and knew the problem right away. Very professional and I appreciate him for coming out and helping me. Not having AC has been a headache and I knew something else had to be going wrong besides a clog because this is a new system not even a year and a half old and Jacob looked right at the system and he identified the issue. I appreciate professionalism and great customer service and this company provided that for me.

Scammers for New Construction Homes!!! We called them out numerous times because our master bedroom was not cooling like the rest of the house. Technician basically said AC was too small for house, his supervisor comes out says it's not. They just pacifier you until the builder warranty is done! Now, after my warranty I got another AC company to come out and there's basically no room for a Technician to go in to even fix my issue with my mom so now they are suggesting I got a separate unit just for my room which is over $6000! I just bought the house in February 2025! If you have a new build, get an inspection done and pay another company to come out and look at your AC before your warranty expires!

This company was part of our new construction project and they came back over a year later to clear up a problem we couldn’t figure out with a damper. Chris was very attentive, along with others who visited and got us back in full working order. Thanks!
