Phillip with Air Flow Designs came out to handle our A/C tune up service. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We appreciated all of the feedback he was able to provide which ultimately enabled us to make informed decisions for our A/C system along with a service plan to meet our future needs. We were extremely pleased with the service he provided on behalf of Air Flow Designs and will continue to be repeat customers for any future A/C service needs. I will note we added a service plan and replaced a part and did some preventative maintenance which will serve us well with the life expectancy of our HVAC system.
Our system was the original to our 12 year old home. Their tech Phillip came out for maintenance. He showed us the condition of the indoor unit and it was pretty gross. He offered to pull all of the parts and clean everything up. That it would just be a few hundred dollars and recommended a UV Light to add to the system. I just took a look and said I would prefer just to replace the system because of its age. He assured me that he could get it cleaned up and keep it going. It was still working. He told me of the new systems available and he could have a rep come out to go over replacement options if we wanted to. And there was no pressure to buy a new system or he would return to clean the system. Their rep Paul came out and gave us all the information on new systems. I didn’t feel pressured but he just showed me how the new systems worked and we went and signed up for a replacement. The installation crew, Jeremy and Brian, did an amazing job. Couldn’t be happier. Great company and employees!!!
I had a problem with my AC unit not turning on. I called air flow and they promptly scheduled me for the next day. A technician by the name of Eric Almonte came out and found the problem within minutes. He was very professional and courteous and was able to fix the problem within 30 minutes. I appreciate such great service. Airflow is a great company and their technicians are top notch. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for the great service.
Phillip and Kaleo were great. They came to my house recently to take care of some issues I was having with my AC. They showed up and explained everything very clearly. I also appreciate that they wore shoe covers as not to make my floors dirty. Their work was clean and did not waste any time. Both were very polite and professional.
Phillip was here to take a look at our dehumidifier, he found the issue right away and got it up and running in minutes. Then he leveled the outside a/c unit. Great job Phillip. Thanks again
