My house was struck by lighting and fried my whole system. Fran was out on a Sunday to inspect and get me a quote right away. As soon as I needed the unit installed he had it ordered and on the books for install. They came out today installed a whole new unit inside and out and did such a great job! This is my forever AC guy now!
Fran and his team are First Rate!! Phenominal service and work ethic backed by real world experience. He went above and beyond what was expected of him to include operator maintenance tips as well as patching up a leak in an unrelated air handler that was not properly installed by another AC company years ago. AIR DECISION is managed and operated the way we all would expect a top tier AC company to run....with honesty, integrity and reliability.
After getting a very high quote from another company for an ECM blower motor replacement, I called Air Decisions for a second opinion and I’m very glad I did. Fran was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything, showed me the actual issue, ordered the OEM part, and had our master bedroom AC back up and running the same day for about half the cost of the original quote. He also thoroughly checked the outside unit and gave honest feedback without pushing unnecessary replacement or maintenance plans. In today’s world, finding someone knowledgeable, fair, and trustworthy really stands out. Highly recommend Air Decisions and especially Fran.
Fran has been my business and personal AC specialist for over 10 years. During that time I’ve yet to meet a more dedicated, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dependable professional. I’m so thankful to have someone in this industry I can count on when things go bad at home or at my office. Highly recommend Fran and his amazing team to anyone seeking top notch service and products in the HVAC industry. I’m thankful to call Fran my “AC Guy” and proud to call him my friend.
Frahn is always helpful and informative. He always diagnoses the issue correctly the first time. Be sure to call him first for a job well done. Very reasonably priced for the excellent work. Thank you Air Decisions, Inc!
