The installer actually listened to our needs and never tried to push unnecessary upgrades or play any sales games — just honest, straightforward advice. Refreshing! The team was incredibly hard-working, handling the full installation of our A/C unit, furnace, and air handler with professionalism and efficiency. They were flexible enough to find a time that worked perfectly over Saturday — no hassle, no runaround. What really impressed us was the quality of equipment they installed. Top-brand units at a price that genuinely surprised me — in the best way possible. No gimmicks, no pressure, just a skilled team that showed up, got the job done right, and left my home clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and hardworking HVAC team. They've earned a customer for life. Thanks Setve and Nicolas!
Steven the owner has done several installs for me as well as service calls. He comes out in a timely manner always on time and is a true expert when it comes to air conditioning work. He’s very honest, respectful and great guy. I would never call anyone else due to his professionalism and honesty. Call him today you won’t regret it! Thanks again Steven for being honest and providing excellent customer service!
I'm very happy with my experience with Steven and Advantech Air. From the start, Steven's expertise and professionalism stood out. He took the time to explain my options and answer all my questions thoroughly. Steven works with honesty and integrity, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. The follow-up after installation was excellent—he made sure everything was working well and that I was completely satisfied. I'm very happy with my new Trane system and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Advantech Air. Steven runs a trustworthy operation, and it shows.
Best service ever, have been working with Steven going on 4 years and the quality of his work is always on point. Great value for his service too. Steven's advice is one I trust and appreciate. Oh yes, does answer when I call, or at least responds in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
