How much do business cards cost at a local print shop?

Locally, 500 standard full color business cards on 14 or 16 point stock typically run $40 to $90, with premium stocks, rounded corners or foil pushing $100 to $200. Online printers can be cheaper per card but add shipping and days. Most St. Augustine shops turn standard cards in two to three business days, with next day available for a rush fee.

What does a vinyl banner cost in St. Augustine?

A standard 13 ounce vinyl banner with hems and grommets runs about $5 to $9 per square foot locally in 2026, so a 3 by 8 foot banner lands around $120 to $200. Mesh banners for windy fence locations and double sided banners cost more. Ask for pole pockets or wind slits if it is going near the beach.

How much is a storefront sign for a business in St. Johns County?

A simple non-lit panel or dimensional letter sign installed usually costs $1,500 to $5,000. Illuminated channel letters typically run $5,000 to $15,000 installed, and monument signs for a plaza or office start around $8,000. Permit fees, engineering for wind load and electrical work add to that. Budget time as well, since approval and fabrication often take four to ten weeks.

Do I need a permit for a sign in St. Augustine or St. Johns County?

Permanent exterior signs generally require a sign permit from St. Johns County or the City of St. Augustine, and signs in the city's historic district get additional design review. Temporary signs and banners have their own rules on size and duration. Rules differ between the city, the county, St. Augustine Beach and HOA communities, so ask the sign company and the local office before ordering.

What does a vehicle wrap cost?

A full wrap on a standard work van or pickup usually runs $3,000 to $6,000 in Northeast Florida, with partial wraps and door logos from about $500 to $1,800. Price depends on vehicle size, design time and the vinyl brand. A quality cast vinyl with laminate holds up five years or more in Florida sun; cheaper calendared vinyl may fail in two.

How fast can I get yard signs or flyers?

Many local shops print corrugated plastic yard signs and flyers within one to three business days, and some offer same day on simple one color or digital jobs if you order in the morning. Large quantities, special stocks and anything that must be outsourced add time. Send print-ready files and approve the proof quickly to keep the job moving.

Print & Sign Shops in Orange Park

Print and sign shops serving Orange Park handle everything from business cards and banners to vehicle wraps and lit storefront signs. Ask about proof approval, turnaround, and whether the shop handles permits and HOA or historic district sign approvals, which can take longer than the sign itself.

How to choose a printing & signs in Orange Park

Match the shop to the job

Quick print shops do cards, flyers, menus and small banners fast. Sign companies do channel letters, monument signs, wraps and installation. A few local businesses do both well. Ask what they produce in house versus send out, since outsourced work adds days.

Ask what the material is rated for outdoors

A banner or yard sign near the beach faces salt, UV and wind. Ask for the expected outdoor life of the vinyl, laminate or substrate and whether it is rated for wind if it will hang on a fence. Spending a little more on laminate often doubles the life of a sign here.

Find out who handles permits and approvals

Permanent exterior signs usually need a permit from the county or the City of St. Augustine, and the historic district has its own review. HOAs in Nocatee, Ponte Vedra and World Golf Village restrict even temporary signs. A sign company that has done this before saves you weeks.

Always approve a proof

Reputable shops send a digital proof and will not print without your approval. Check spelling, phone numbers, bleed and colors on the proof, and ask for a printed sample on large or color-critical jobs. Fixing it after the run is on you if you approved the proof.

Compare turnaround and delivery, not just price

Online printers can be cheaper per piece, but shipping delays and no local support hurt when the event is this weekend. Local shops often turn cards and flyers in one to three days and banners in two to five. Pay for rush only when you actually need it.
