Nails by Zuzu is amazing! She is very quick and efficient, and the gel x shape is perfect. She listens and is very flexible if you want any changes. I will definitely be back!!! Edit: During visit she asked me to write review which i had so problem doing, since the work was beautiful. However I saw here that she gave discount for people writing reviews, so I was a little annoyed that I wasn’t offered that. But what bothered me more was almost all my nails fell off within 7 days. I went in to fix them, and was charged 10$. For 85$ nails, I expected them to stay on longer. After getting them fixed, they again fell off soon after.
So far I’ve only been to two nail salons in Jacksonville. Both great places, but hours just don’t fit with my work schedule. I decided to give ZuZu Nails and Beauty a try one because it had hours from 8:30am-10:30pm, the reviews were good, and her Instagram was impressive.. I thought oh I’ll just go after work. I gave them a call and found out they were super busy/booked yesterday. So I made an appointment for the next morning at 9am with no problem Zuzu was very nice and listen to my needs and told me to come right on in for tomorrow. I needed to be out because I had work at 11am, ZuZu got me out literally in an hour. I originally had long stiletto nails and I told her I wanted something more natural and settle for work. She did exactly that, and still was able to deliver A1 services, also she was very nice I felt like I was talking to a friend the whole time. I also got a pedicure, it was quick, simple but still relaxing and what I needed. Overall great experience, and I will be back. I would recommend checking out her Instagram and booking online to secure your spot. Zuzu is very nice and flexible thank you once again!
I had a wonderful experience at this salon! She was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Not only was she friendly, but she was also extremely fast without sacrificing quality. My nails came out beautiful, and the attention to detail was amazing. I really appreciated how efficient the appointment was while still feeling relaxed and welcomed. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend her to anyone looking for great service and gorgeous nails!
