Karel Alejandro was the barber ⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful of Customers' Time I've had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered at this barbershop, and unfortunately, it happened TWICE! On two separate occasions, I scheduled my haircut through their appointment app, showed up on time, and found someone else already sitting in the barber's chair during my scheduled appointment. Both times, I was told, "It'll only be five minutes."Yet 20–30 minutes later, I was still sitting there waiting. It wasn't until I finally got frustrated and stood up to leave that the barber suddenly wanted to cut my hair. What's the point of offering scheduled appointments if you're not going to honor them? Customers schedule appointments for a reason. We have jobs, responsibilities, and other commitments. Our time is just as valuable as yours. I could understand this happening once. Things run behind schedule occasionally. But for this to happen TWICE, with the exact same excuse , shows a complete lack of professionalism, organization, and respect for customers. What makes this even more frustrating is that there was no effort to communicate the actual wait time or acknowledge the inconvenience until I was walking out the door. I'm sure I'm not the first customer to experience this, and unless something changes, I doubt I'll be the last. I will NEVER return to this barbershop. If you value your time and expect a business to honor the appointments it allows you to book, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. An appointment should mean something. If you can't honor scheduled appointments, stop offering them.
