TopLine Grooming (Regency)

Top Line Grooming is one of the best barbershops in Jacksonville. The atmosphere is real laid back and welcoming they play 70s and 90s bangers that gives the whole place a peaceful and cookout vibes while you’re getting your haircut. It really makes the experience more than just a haircut, it’s something you actually look forward to. My barber, Darius, always delivers. Every cut is clean, detailed, and exactly how I want it. He takes his time and makes sure everything is on point. 10 out of 10 every time. Highly recommend.

Neil did an excellent job with my son, this was his first time ever coming to a barber. I showed him a picture of what we were going for and he did great! I highly recommend this shop and all the people in it. Everyone walked out looking fresh.

I may I made my appointment with Neil. Th barber shop was supper clean. The barbers in the shop were all professional and knowledgeable. The environment was laid back. A place you can relax and know that you will be taken care of. Neil gave me great advice and expert service. I will definitely be back!

I have trusted Mr. Neil with my son’s hair since 2023, and he never disappoints. He’s incredibly patient and makes my son feel comfortable every visit. The quality of his work speaks for itself. My son gets compliments on his haircut all the time. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!
