I loved their newcomer special, as it allowed me to try a variety of classes to see what fit the best. When I emailed to ask about certain classes, I got a prompt and very helpful response. Alisa is a fantastic teacher, and she makes everyone feel very welcome, regardless of their body type or skill level. The studio is beautiful, comfortable, very clean, and was clearly put together with love and with attention to detail.
Attended Yoga for a Cause promoting heart health. What a great class! Thank you Patricia for leading a mixed level yoga experience. What a treat seeing so many high schoolers (many trying yoga for the first time) embrace the experience. Thank you Yoga Den San Marco for your community involvement and support!
My mother and I tried our first class, here. We took Mind Body with Diana, and had a truly wonderful, centering experience.
Love this new location. It’s so nice and spacious and in a great part of town. Attended the grand opening class with Patricia (who is incredible!!) and it was such a fun experience. Dangerously close to Good Dough, but hey, life is all about balance!
Friendly instructors and a clean, welcoming space. Go a little early to find parking.
