I had a great experience at CrossFit Total Control West. The coaches are awesome and knowledgeable. The programming has been great every time I’ve gone with options to scale as needed. & the community is welcoming and great motivation! Definitely recommended trying them out or dropping in, if visiting the area.
The community and environment here is absolutely amazing! No matter your skill level, age, or goals the coaches here are very personable and knowledgeable to help you!! This is the strongest and most confident in the gym I have been in years since joining just a few months ago! Highly recommend!!!
CTCW has been my home away from home for a long time now, but so excited that I can officially call CTCW my home! Joe and all of the Coaches really make this gym special. The community is probably the best part imo, and what keeps you coming back!
Dropping in from out of town and I’ve had a great experience. Awesome coaches for any skill level. Great facility and Joe is just fantastic! They will make you feel comfortable regardless of your fitness level. I would highly recommend it to any drop in or local :)
