My favorite Pilates studio in Jacksonville! The instructors are always friendly and welcoming. Mariana is incredibly professional, attentive, and makes sure everyone feels comfortable during class. I always leave feeling stronger, energized, and in a great mood. Highly recommend!
I started Pilates here about 3 months ago now, and I absolutely love it. Every single instructor is amazing and they get to know you on a personal level. Even the clients are all super welcoming too! I’ve seen people in their 20s to their 60s+ take these classes, and it’s amazing to see everyone from different walks of life bond over Pilates. Clients are predominantly women, but I’ve seen a couple of guys pop in every once in a while too, so more guys shouldn’t be afraid to come here and try out Pilates too! It’s a super non-judgmental, beginner-friendly atmosphere. So happy I found this place!
This has become my favorite Pilates studio. The instructors are all so kind, welcoming, and encouraging. They have such a calming, positive energy that makes every class enjoyable. I love the atmosphere of the studio too. It’s peaceful and relaxing, but I still leave every class feeling like I got a great workout. It’s one of the few forms of exercise I’ve been able to stay consistent with because it feels restorative instead of draining. I always leave feeling stronger, less stressed, and looking forward to my next class. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a supportive environment and excellent instructors.
Absolutely love this Pilates studio! The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and make every class enjoyable. The studio is clean, welcoming, and has such a great atmosphere. I always leave feeling stronger, refreshed, and excited for my next class. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing Pilates experience!
I came to Everbalance after going to a chain Pilates franchise. I wasn't sure in the beginning but I regret not switching sooner. The owner really cares about all of her clients and ALL of the instructors are awesome. Ashley really has the patience with me and others ensuring we do not injure ourselves but work on getting stronger.
