I absolutely love Yoga Den, especially the Avondale location! Every instructor I’ve taken a class with has been exceptional. You can tell they not only care deeply about their craft but also genuinely care about each individual student’s well-being. The Avondale studio pays attention to every detail—from the cleanliness of the space to the thoughtful little touches throughout that make every visit feel welcoming and relaxing. It’s such a positive environment, whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years. I highly recommend Yoga Den Avondale to anyone looking for an amazing yoga experience!
What can I say, after about a year and half into my yoga journey, its been nothing but great. Its become one of those things that is non-negotiable for me. I have to go. Specifically early morning classes with Devon. She was my 1st class, my 100th class and many more to come I hope. I enjoy being pushed and in the way of her instructions. Like many of the instructors at yoga den, she’s a great teacher and I look forward to her classes weekly!
What an amazing yoga studio! The energy and surroundings are so welcoming. I am grateful to have found them. Do yourself a favor - take Brooke’s class. She’s the real deal.
It has been too long... After a 5 year layoff - I took in a "Mind Body" class at Yoga Den / Avondale on Sunday. The class was perfect. Kevin (the Yogi) was perfect. And every student was welcoming. I still don't understand why I took so long to go back to yoga practice - but glad my 1st class back was with Kevin
Love this studio! It is so welcoming and inviting. The teachers are all so knowledgeable. They meet you where you are and encourage progress on your path!
