I started coming here in 2024. Easily every appt i was spending close to $200 every 3 weeks. but as of 2026, their work has been very poor and always needing reconstruction or having to request for someone else to do my nails or coming back in to have them fix it. Today I went in for a fill in. The first guy shaped my nails wide at the bottom and super narrow at the top and idk why even did that because the shape my nails were originally were just fine… then the 2nd person who came to fix it applied this acrylic/shape they put on my nails is so ugly, blocky, boxy, and WIDE! I will never come back to their establishment ever again.. My gut told me to get up and leave today but i tried to be a loyal customer but being loyal only gets you messed over, especially when I spend my hard money with them faithfully. What they gave me today is considered chop shop work, even though they use to do really good nails that wouldn’t even appear as though it came from a chain nail salon. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! Only person who does consistent work is Ashley (eyebrows/lashes) and Tony (nails). But everyone else is losing their technique because they’ve gotten too comfortable..
Ashley did an amazing job! My eyebrows look beautiful, and my nails are perfect. Everyone here is so friendly. Highly recommend! 🥹🥹
I asked for a manicure with no polish. Requested for them to shape my nails and clean up my cuticles - somehow my nails looked worse after leaving. I was charged $30 for maybe 10 minutes of work. I could have done a better job myself. 😑
I have been coming to XO nails, for years now. I started going here back when they were called Lovely Nails, before their rebrand. Throughout my time here I have ALWAYS had the most phenomenal service possible. I have gotten sooo many nail sets, I have lost track. There have also been lots of pedicures and eyebrow waxes. No matter what, they have always gone beyond the bar. The business is family owned and ran, which I absolutely love. Almost everyone on their staff has given me a service of some sort. 10/10 recommend 🩷🩷💅🏻💅🏻 I’ll drop a few pics below. The color pink and I are in love. They have been doing my nails pink for YEARS now.
So overall i paid 155. Pedicure was the basic $30 so I paid $125 for just my nails. To me that was a bit high for these reasons: Pedicure —————— The French on my toes is sloppy but they look okay far away. I should have looked closer My toenails are uneven. The pedicure was uncomfortable, not relaxing at all. They used a cheese grater type tool on my feet. Uncomfortable and kinda painful. Lazy massage. Worst pedicure I’ve had probably just the tech. Acrylics —————— Super cute he did great. Super minor complaints I wanted the stars more abstract like my reference pic but i told him it was okay Overall cute super nice Not super happy with the price but if i need a quick nail shop that can handle some designs and i can’t go to my other options I’d come here. Kinda last resort but i still appreciate the nail tech.
