TERRIBLE experience. I went in as a walk-in on August 1st to get my toes done and specifically asked for acrylic toes. I was charged $70, which I was completely fine with because I expected the service to be done properly. I also got my nails done for $45. They were okay and lasted, which is the only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars instead of 1. The same day, I had work and my feet were already killing me, especially my pinky toes. When I finally got home and looked at my feet, I was HORRIFIED. The acrylic looked extremely bulky, almost like I had veneers glued onto my toes. It looked nothing like what I expected. Within ONE DAY, one of my pinky toenails completely fell off. I called the salon the next day to let them know what happened, and the woman literally hung up in my face. Two days later, while trying to remove the rest of the acrylic because of how badly they had been done, my entire toenail ripped from the root. The removal process was extremely painful because the acrylic was so thick and bulky that I had to scrape it off my already-damaged toes. I take pride in keeping my feet done, so having to walk around with damaged toenails and wait months for them to grow back because of a service I paid $70 for is extremely frustrating. I would NOT recommend getting acrylic toes here. The quality was horrible, and the customer service when I tried to address the issue was even worse.
This shop is the worst!!! First and foremost this nail shop Wonder Nails hasn’t been updated since the 1990’s or upon opening, it’s very unorganized. The products are a mixed breed of other powders to make up a different nude that has other unknown particles of impurities in it, there is no distinction between gel powder are regular acrylic as all are mixed! They don’t follow instructions, if you tell them you want short curved nails they pretty much do what they want… not to mention they talk 24/8 just chattering and pausing throughout your service. And they use car washing towels for your pedicure and nails that has polish stains and hardened acrylic pieces in which when they’re doing your nails or feet they’ll just pick one up near by to wipe the alcohol spray off. They are over priced for a low budget service of inconvenience. Money is definitely wasted here! All type of bumpy particles, uneven not properly smoothed surfaces, stuck acrylic, missing polish fill in on side of nails… Man this is horrible service!
first time here and they were terrible I’ll never come back the lady acted like she didn’t know what she was doing and I told her several times what I wanted and she proceeded to do whatever she wanted to do then had the nerve to try and hand me the tool and told me to do it myself and she was so rough to the point where my fingers are sore
Did my nails so ugly! It was polish everywhere, I asked her to at least clean it up and she did clean some but they are so ugly. Will not be returning! The shaping and polish is a mess
If you want cheap rushed service then this is the Place for you. They do a decent job but only decent. Prices are reasonable but in my 2 experiences coming here, you get what you pay for. I was unsatisfied both times and will not be going back.
