We have been working with Wilson for years. Techs have always had polite, respectful and honest. Communication is great with Kaitlyn when booking our appointments as well. She is so sweet! We have the twice a year maintenance plan to ensure there are no hiccups. It really came in handy a year ago when lightning struck nearby our house and it melted the condenser. Because we have a special service plan, we got priority service and they came out quickly. The tech showed me how lightning had melted it but Coincidentally, he said, these always go out at year five, so we were due anyways. But he had the part in stock and we were able to get our AC up and running quickly. I highly recommend getting the maintenance service, which is twice a year for it's $139 x2.

Wilson provides timely reminders for preventive maintenance services and very convenient scheduling. They provide timely updates about tech’s schedules snd arrive within service window. Maintenance and repairs were performed professionally and efficiently. Unlike too many companies, sales pitches for unnecessary equipment and services are not part of the visit. Have been satisfied and more for over 10 years with Wilson.
Great experience. From Rick the sales rep to the install team everything was smooth and easy! They came out the next day to replace my unit and were done in about 5 hours. Excellent job
Just had my second of two yearly maintenance/inspections of my HVAC system. Both visits couldn't have gone better. Tech's were on time and went right to work and completed the maintenance quickly. $139, which included both visits, quite a bargin for piece of mind. I highly recommend Wilson Heating and Air Conditioning for all your HVAC needs.
