Hot Heads Heating & Cooling

Rayce has been my go-to HVAC guy, and I truly can’t recommend him enough. He’s incredibly responsive, communicates every step of the way, shows up when he says he will, and always gets the job done quickly and right the first time. As a Realtor, having vendors I can trust is everything, and Rayce consistently takes great care of both me and my clients every time. He’s knowledgeable, honest, reliable, and reasonably priced—exactly the kind of professional you want in your corner. I will continue to confidently recommend him to every client who needs HVAC work!

When our AC stopped working my biggest fear was contacting someone who would try to rip us off or cost us more than we’d hope. Luckily Hot heads were not only Fast, knowledgeable and reliable but they have earned my trust and business whole heartedly. This company genuinely cares about helping and doing things right. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

From initial visit with quote to installation was a wonderful experience. Installed unit the next day! Also, a great person to work with, Rayce is professional while being personable and fair. I felt like I was in good hands with Hotheads. Went above and beyond the scope of service for me and I appreciate that more than I can say. Would highly recommend his company, which is how I found out about it. My neighbors couldn't say enough good things about him and his company after having their systems replaced.

I should have written this review sooner because for the year and a half we’ve been with Hot Heads and their service membership, we have been so impressed and grateful. However tonight at 7pm, my unit stopped cooling. I’m pregnant with a toddler and sleeping in 80 degrees didn’t seem ideal. Race was at our home in less than hour, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it with ease very quickly. I was expecting to pay way more but was pleasantly surprised. Our unit is cooling and we’re all thankful! Thank you Hot Heads!! Forever a loyal customer.
