Action Heating and Air Conditioning,Inc.

I cannot say enough great things about Mike, Sam, Ed, and the entire Action Heating & Air Conditioning team! Our AC unit at Good Nails completely failed on a Friday — in the middle of Florida summer heat. Mike responded immediately, had Sam out the same day to diagnose the problem, and within days arranged for a brand new unit to be installed. He even had Sam come back to recharge the system temporarily so we could keep our business running while waiting for the new unit. Mike was transparent, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. He zeroed out our service call charge when we moved forward with the new installation, secured expedited delivery, and kept us informed every step of the way. We have been customers of Action Heating & Air Conditioning for almost 5 years and this experience reminded us exactly why. They don’t just fix your AC — they truly take care of their customers. If you are looking for an honest, reliable, and professional HVAC company in the St. Augustine area, look no further. Highly recommend! Tran — Good Nails, St. Augustine Beach

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Action Heating & Air. They’re a local, family-run business that has always taken great care of me and my family. We had an issue with our AC on a Sunday, in the middle of a hot July day, and they were able to come out and have us back up and running within just a couple of hours. That kind of service is hard to find, especially on a weekend when you really need someone. Over the years, I’ve dealt with Mikee, Ed, Erin, Paul, and Ryann, and every one of them has been extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the community they serve. If you’re looking for a dependable local HVAC company that answers the phone, shows up when you need them, and takes care of you like family, I highly recommend Action Heating & Air. They’ve earned our business and our trust!

We replaced our entire air conditioning system. Action Heating and Air were fair, reasonable, courteous, reliable and trustworthy. Their crew, Justin, Anthony, and Logan from Truck #10 arrived on time, and got right to work. They were courteous, professional, efficient, clean and neat, and highly communicative. They were focused on the installation and did it well, exceeding our expectations. I particularly like that Ed Rossi and Michael Stover who represented Action and who sold in this system were straight forward, direct and trustworthy. It’s good knowing we can rely on them in the future.

After dealing with humidity issues we called Action Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. We were grateful they were able to send someone out the same day we called. Our technician’s name was Sam and he was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, courteous and able to take care of the issue. He was very thorough and we would definitely recommend Sam.
