William's Walk Condominiums

Gated community with beautiful park like grounds and walking paths around connecting lakes.1 side of property backs up to a preserve. Large pool area, lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, gas grill, picnic tables, large screened room with pool table.

I purchased in Williams Walk in 2020 (the height of the pandemic) at first the neighborhood did seem a bit unfriendly and quite restrictive on certain things (ie. larger breed dogs) With the new board president, I have felt a shift in caring for the property, the residents and the community at large. They started activities and are updating outdated unit requirements to accommodate the desires of the owners. When living in a multi-family environment you will always have some 'nah' sayers but all and all this property and community is wonderful — walkable to shopping, dining, the preserve and Durbin Pavillon.

I've lived on this property since 2007 and it by far has been an ongoing battle!!!! Horrible place to live. Property is poorly maintained, and the staff is rude. Reported problems are never resolved. Poor management company. If you are a small business owner, pet owner, or are looking for a friendly community, stay far away. Landscaping is poorly maintained and dues are significantly higher than other property’s nearby. Breezeways are filthy and often smell, dead grass and shrubs are left and not replaced, lights are dirty as well as common areas.

Horrible neighbors that will call the cops for just walking in your condo. Management doesn't do anything after report of neighbors harassment. Don't live here, it's not worth it.
