GFS Home Loans - Jacksonville - Kristine Kennedy

Words cannot express how thankful I am for Christie and her amazing team! I truly don’t think I would have been able to buy my first home without her help. I’m so grateful to my realtor, Mary Espling- Gonzalez for connecting me with Christie. From day one, I had no idea what the home-buying process involved, but Christie guided me through everything step by step. She kept me informed, reminded me about paperwork, and made sure I always knew what needed to be done. I never had to chase her for updates—she was always a few steps ahead! Working night shifts made it difficult for me to stay on top of everything, but Christie made the entire process so much easier. She even helped me find down payment assistance through the Hometown Heroes program. She listened to my needs and helped make my dream of becoming a homeowner come true. Christie truly feels like an angel who came into my life at the right time. I will always be grateful for everything she did! Thank you, Christie! ❤️🏡

Kristine and her team have been absolutely amazing to work with. As a first time home buyer it can feel extremely nerve racking and overwhelming, but she has made it feel super simple and smooth. I would not hesitate working with her in the future or to recommend her to anyone in the market. We are so excited for our new beautiful home and we could not have done it without Kristine and her team!

If you are thinking of buying a home, absolutely use Kristine and her team! They are incredibly efficient, thorough and GOOD at their jobs. We had a really unique situation with our VA loan and her team was STILL able to help us close well within the 30-45 day window... 35 days to be exact! They helped us secure a GREAT interest rate and, honestly, we could not imagine going through purchasing our new home without them by our sides. Home-buying can be a mix of emotions but their collaborative nature, communication, navigation through different situations, and personalization of the process truly made everything on the lending side so easy for us as buyers.... which is only possible because they work their butts off for their clients. Thank you SO MUCH Kristine and team!

Kristine was such a blessing to work with. As a military family, the homebuying process can feel very overwhelming, especially since we were across the country in a different state and time zone, but she made everything feel easy and stress-free. Kristine was so attentive, always quick to respond, and went out of her way to be accommodating. Her team was just as wonderful! Kind, professional, and always on top of things. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are so thankful for all her help!
