This is by far the most IMPORTANT review I have ever written in my life. So much that I needed to wait to be off from work, with no distraction, to explain why Julia Sharp is the GOLD STANDARD of mortgage officer. Her unparalleled work ethic is probably THE reason why I was able to close on my house a week ago. But let me take you back; My journey started in 2024 back in Ohio where I lived. I had hopes and dream of buying a house in Florida. I went on Google review, found SHARP MORTGAGES and spoke with Julia. From the first conversation you could tell she had exceptional knowledge of mortgages and real estate, EXPERIENCED and most importantly KIND. She was patient enough to wait for me for TWO YEARS to move to Jacksonville and get the 2 years of work experience needed here. WHO DOES THAT? let me brake it down for you; 2 years of CONSISTENTLY reaching out, 2 years of guiding me through what I can improve, 2 YEARS of patience waiting until I qualified! In addition JULIA SHARP overcome what some well known credit Union (Vystar and community first) couldn't; getting a sales representative approved. Also Julia is PROMPT on getting everything ready even before you ask her. She was always 2 step ahead. Its important when you are going through the home buying process that you HAVE someone who is swift, take her job seriously and is passionate about her craft. I have NEVER called Julia and not found her. Matter fact, homegirl went on vacation 4000 miles away and STILL getting things done. Still pulling strings from over there!!!! Who does that?
