Probably the most helpful staff in all of my West Marine visits. Lisa and Stephanie are super! Thank you and we’ll see you soon.
We enjoyed a recent visit to this West Marine in Saint Augustine. The gentleman that helped us at the counter was friendly and interested in what we were doing, and even suggested a few local restaurants. Having somebody so friendly and helpful really makes a mundane trip to pick up a boat part more enjoyable . I would definitely go back to this West Marine. I felt like they were there to help us and they liked their job. Another visit: This time we were looking for some boat caulking and were able to find it. The store is organized, and the vibe is positive. I feel like the person who was helping us was informed on West Marine policy and products.
The employees and customer service is amazing but the company is setting this store up for failure. Update their systems, give them a chance. Every time I am here it is a line and not bc they are busy
Not always have the items you need in stock. But if you do online order and pick up in store, usually it is fast.
Great help Larry and Nick were awesome great customer service. Nick took the time to find me what I needed he was a great help. Holly Beckman West Marine for your all your parts.
