She is incredibly skilled, detail‑oriented, and gentle — easily the best waxing experience I’ve ever had. What really sets Charlsie apart is their professionalism paired with a genuinely kind, calming personality. She takes the time to explain what she doing, check in often to make sure you’re comfortable, and her technique is efficient with fantastic results. Charlsie was most amazing!! I am critical when it comes to waxing. I check carefully for missed areas - and there were NO missed areas at all. Charlsie is very laid back and it made me relax (which I hear makes waxing less painful). This was a “substitute” waxing b/c my normal aesthetician of 3 yrs was not available. But I have already booked my next appointment with Charlsie. She’s THAT good!!

Just had my first waxing appointment ever with Charlsie! It went so well! I was afraid at first, but Charlsie reassured me everything was fine. She also treated my skin gently and made it as painless as possible! I am definitely going to be coming regularly because their staff is so nice, the place is so nice and the prices are great.
