If I could give 0 stars, I would. My appointment was at 4:05, and the technician finished by 4:30. I went in for a gel manicure, and it was honestly the worst manicure I’ve ever received. The cuticles were not properly cleaned, and the polish application was sloppy and uneven. It looked rushed and poorly done. Such a disappointing experience, especially for a service that cost $40. I literally want my money back .
When I say this was the total pedicure experience, I mean it! 💅✨ I’m so glad I stumbled upon this nail salon in Riverside, Jacksonville. Their classic pedicure starts at just $35, but I treated myself to the Hollywood Pedicure for $57—and it was worth every penny. The customer service, attention to detail, and overall pampering experience made me feel so relaxed. My toenails had been so grown out because I hadn’t had time to get them done, and by the time I finally could, almost every salon was already closed. Thankfully, I found this place, and they completely came through! Safe to say they brought my feet back to life. 😂 I’ll definitely be back! 💖
I’d been looking for a new nail tech in Jacksonville for sometime, and I have finally found it. Kim is AMAZING. Her attention to detail and her understanding of what you want is on point! Today I went, and saw Andy , he was also great! Very happy I found this place!
I have been going here for almost 2 years and they are absolutely amazing! The best mani and pedi I have ever had and at a very decent price! Kim is my go to technician, but on the rare occasion I have to see someone else, they are great also! Having lived in multiple countries around the world and many places in the US, I can say without a doubt they are the best! Highly recommend them!
Love love love this place. I’m a Michigan/Ohio/NYC transplant who has been getting her nails done since the 1970’s so I have extremely high standards when it comes to the quality of my nails and the environment I have to experience. This place is the best for design and shape in the entire Riverside area. I know because I’ve been here for over a year and I tried them all. Ask and you shall receive amazing next level nail designs. You’re welcome🌹
