This review has been LONG overdue. I did the 200 YTT last spring and highly recommend this program for anyone looking to deepen their own practice and/or looking to instruct others. It totally changed the way I interact with the world: with more empathy & compassion, and I became a more confident person! Before I was so used to just shrinking in a room with other people, often feeling like my voice was drowned out. But after this training, it not only positively impacted my social life, but really helped me in my corporate work life as well. I am no longer the shy woman that I was before attending this training. I LOVED that they brought in experts in different fields, my favorite lesson probably being yoga's positive impact on the brain and the physiology behind it. All the lesson plans and instruction were well thought out and I felt very emotionally and physically cared during/ after my training was complete. I still visit this studio outside of my own home practice because of the sense of the inclusive community it provides. Alejandra and Macy are just truly salt of the earth people. I absolutely love this studio. Since moving to Jacksonville I’ve been searching for a studio that provides a safe inclusive environment . The teachers are phenomenal, the classes are grounding, and the studio itself is so welcoming and unique. It’s easy to get to multiple times a week. Thank you to this whole team for cultivating such a wonderful community!
Vive Yoga is a true reflection of all the beautiful people in Jacksonville. It's the first yoga studio I've been to that feels like home. It's a safe space to relax, let go, and bond with a community that truly cares about everyone who walks through the door. Alejandra has created something very special here and I'm so excited to be a part of it. Drop in for $2 Tuesdays at 530p if you want to see what it's like but aren't quite sure about committing. You'll love it!
The most amazing yoga studio!!!! Offers everything from vinyasa, yin, power and more. They provide not only a sense of community but a family here. All of the teachers are knowledgeable and have their own thing that makes their teaching style unique and stand out. Would highly recommend this studio for any and everyone!!!
Vive is hands down my favorite yoga studio in Jacksonville. The classes are amazing with good variety, good music, and great teachers. I think what really makes this studio different is the atmosphere, which is what has kept me coming back this past year and has brought me some of my closest friends. Vive is like a family. Everyone is friendly, the teachers remember your name/face (something that really stuck out to me about this place), and it just feels like a warm environment. As an Asian American woman, I also love the diversity of people that this studio attracts. Couldn’t recommend this place more
