I highly recommend Viva Stretch to anyone who takes their fitness, recovery, and mobility seriously! I’ve been doing weekly assisted stretches with Jay, and he has been absolutely fantastic. He’s knowledgeable, attentive, and does a great job tailoring each session to what my body needs. He doesn’t just go through the motions — he actually pays attention to how you’re moving and where you need the most work. I train consistently, and adding weekly assisted stretching with Jay has made a noticeable difference in my mobility, recovery, and how I feel going into my workouts. I always leave the session feeling better than when I walked in. Raj, the studio manager, has also created a great environment. He genuinely cares about his clients and the quality of the experience, and that shows in the way the business is run. If you’ve been thinking about trying assisted stretching, do it! I honestly wish I had started sooner. Jay is the real deal, and Raj has built a great business around helping people feel and perform their best. 5 stars all the way — highly recommended!
I love Viva Stretch. They offer a unique service and a very friendly environment. Everyone in their team is great at what they do, I am always looking forward to getting the best stretch therapy there. Highly recommend this place for athletes and people who recover from injuries, and to those who just want to maintain their bodies in the best shape. I also enjoy a stretch class there.
Just started one of the best programs ever. I love Jonston, my stretch therapist and look forward to every session. I feel better each time I go. If you haven’t tried it, you definitely should, or you are missing out on a better feeling body. Thank you Raj and thank you Viva Stretch.
I’ve had an outstanding experience here! The therapists are incredibly knowledgeable and truly go above and beyond to make sure every treatment is helping me recover effectively. They take the time to adjust and personalize care, which makes a huge difference. On top of that, the entire team is very accommodating with scheduling, making everything easy and stress-free. This is a top-notch organization—I highly recommend them!
I was over in Florida visiting family who recommended Viva Stretch. I did the first time stretch appointment and it was great- super friendly, experienced and good value for money! I Will definitely go again if I am back in the area.
