The service was very unprofessional. I did an online registration, arrived 2 minutes early and went in. I was told that I’d receive a text or call when it was my time to be seen. I had no issue with that. I waited and hour and a half in my car. Never received an email or call. I went in ten minutes before the ending time to see what spot I was in. They already had everything packed and I couldn’t be seen. Had I received some kind of communication I wouldn’t mind. However, I wasted and hour and a half waiting to be seen just to be turned away.
Courteous, kind to both human and animal needs, professional
