I have been here before and ALWAYS had a good experience. But today I was highly disappointed!! Apparently they changed their hours and now close at 7 on Saturday instead of 8. I got there at 6:34 and 2 barbers told me they were closing up and NOBODY else was in there!! I'll NEVER go back!! I understand people are ready to go home, but, that is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Got my beard trimmed and my guy made my beard exactly like the picture I showed him !and the price was just as good...great experience definitely will return!
Called and scheduled an appointment. The owner was very professional and was able to get me in at the time I needed. My Barber JP was also very professional knew exactly how I wanted my hair and beard styled. A true barbershop experience. I know I will return when needed. The interior could use a freshen up but very clean. Each staff member continued to clean up after each other. If I had the time I would just go to hang out and converse.
Out of all the Barber Shops I’ve been too in this area, VIP is for sure the best. Very reasonably priced and very nice people. I love the atmosphere. They’re always my top choice when I need a haircut. J.P. does a great job specifically but if the wait for him is too long then it’s not a big deal because the other barbers are great too.
Only barbershop I know that's open 7 days a week no matter what's going on in my day JP always fits me in.The location is the best it's less than 10 minutes from my house you cant go wrong hear skilled barbers that still believes in true customer service. I have nothing but good things to say even the owner will get on the floor and assist with the day to days of the shop now that's rare. Go check them out you won't be disappointed.
