I originally left a review after spending about $1,400 on Botox and filler, mainly for deep lines around my mouth and chin, and seeing very little improvement. To their credit, Viomedspa did reach out afterward and offered additional filler at no charge in an attempt to make things right, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, even after the additional filler, there was still essentially no visible change in my wrinkles. I was then advised to consider microneedling instead. My disappointment is not with the staff personally — everyone was kind and professional — but with the overall expectation-setting and guidance from the beginning. I think it’s important for people, especially those in their 50s and 60s with deeper lines, to understand that these treatments may not produce noticeable results even at a significant cost. In my case, neither I nor the people closest to me could see a meaningful difference throughout the process. I’m sharing this simply so others can make informed decisions and have realistic expectations before investing a large amount of money.

Their specials are bait and switch. They will try to lie to you when you go in and tell you that it actually is a 3 to 1 ratio for units so your price is three times the price of what they advertise. Expecting it to be four dollars a unit it’s actually $12 a unit. They don’t tell you till you come in for the appointment and waste your time. They also don’t answer phone calls, don’t return phone calls and give no information about their services until you show up.
