Nazare is 10/10 the best massage I have ever had. I’ve been to several massage therapists and spas and never had the experience I just had at Vida Bodyworks. UNREAL. The music, the vibe, and just her energy was so comforting and wonderful. I will never recommend or go to anyone else as long as she is near by.
Nazaré is a very talented massage therapist who is not only very skilled at what she does, but is also very personable and friendly. After only the first session of doing the lymphatic drainage massage coupled with the Dolphin MPS treatment, my mom felt the benefits and could move her neck/back better. She will definitely become a regular here at Vida Bodyworks. Thank you, Nazaré!
I just had the best massage EVER! Nazare was the best massage therapist I have ever had. Even before the massage started she was able to see "the problems" She completely understood what my body needed and used the right amount of pressure. Can't wait to go back to her when I am in town next time!
Amazing experience with nazare! The massage was incredibly relaxing and exactly what I needed. Nazare is highly skilled, professional, and has such a calming presence. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and stress free. Highly recommend!
I had the most amazing massage from Nazare!!! I came in with a particular pain point, and she did exactly what I was looking for. She is incredibly talented and I’d recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and therapeutic massage. Will definitely be returning!
