I don’t even know where to begin, Skin Spa has completely changed my life, not my skin! I originally came in for my acne, feeling self-conscious and unsure, and I walked out feeling like a whole new person, inside and out. My confidence has done a complete 180, and I owe it all to this incredible team. From the moment you walk through the door, you feel it. This isn’t just a spa, it’s a family. Casey, the owner, has built something truly special here. You can tell she hand-picked every single person on her team, because every interaction feels genuine, warm, and caring. Amanda at the front desk always greets you with the biggest smile and makes you feel like you’re the only person in the world that matters in that moment. She always has my products pulled to the side and ready for me before I even ask, that’s the kind of thoughtful, personal touch that keeps me coming back. And then there’s Nikki. My esthetician, my skin whisperer, my absolute favorite human. She has taken the time to truly understand my acne, educate me on what my skin actually needs, and guide me through a journey I didn’t even know was possible. She introduced me to Face Reality, and I am completely obsessed. My skin has never looked or felt this good, and for the first time I feel like my acne is actually under control instead of just being managed. Every appointment feels like therapy for my skin and my soul. I am beyond grateful for this team for taking me in, teaching me, supporting me, and never giving up on my skin journey. They didn’t just give me a facial, they gave me confidence, knowledge, and a sense of belonging. If you’re on the fence about trying Skin Spa Jax Beach, this is your sign. Do it. I’ve been going to Casey for about 8 years, and I honestly can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my skin. She’s so knowledgeable, takes the time to really get to know her clients, and always recommends products that actually work. Her boutique is adorable and full of amazing skincare and little finds that are hard to leave without! I always leave feeling refreshed, and my skin has never looked better. Casey is the best, and I recommend her to everyone!
I had my first facial here with Fallon a little over a week ago and it was such a great experience! I genuinely thought about moving my next facial up because i can’t wait. She was so sweet and took her time to make sure we were on the same page to make it an effective but super relaxing service! I just booked for a new client facial and we talked for a little about my goals and then she did a standard facial and it was amazing! included scalp and hand massage which was nice too. I end up buying some retail because i was in need of a couple things and their whole space and retail section was so adorable, i felt like i was in my pinterest feed in the best way, and Fallon was extremely helpful without being pushy at all. I used to be an esthetician, i know i was pushy lol. i would recommend and i have been talking about it since !!
I booked a date and time without knowing which aesthetician I would get. I was very fortunate to have Fallon give me my facial. She was very skilled and made great recommendations. I thoroughly enjoyed it and I will book with her again soon!
