I scheduled a same day (less than 2 hours later) appointment. I didn’t realize my dogs vaccine had expired and I needed in the next day. The staff went above and beyond, and even called me just to give me a heads up that this was more of a hospital than just the vaccine clinic. I appreciate that they took the time to call me and let me know the details, along with an estimate of my appointment. My fur baby and I were in and out within 30 minutes. The vet had said that he was so healthy and there were no issues, and asked me multiple times if I had any questions or concerns before leaving. I truly appreciate all of the staff members that were working yesterday and were able to help me, will be coming back to this location!!!
Hermione has been seeing Dr. Miller for almost 2 years now every time I take her in, Dr Miller and the whole staff are nothing but sweet to my Girl! Any questions I ask I’m put at ease! Dr Sommers and the staff is excellent. They go above and beyond, treated my dog as they would their own.. I love my Yorki and was a crying mess when I walked in , but when I walked out I felt assured that they would make him better .. our follow up visit I was all smiles ,and so was my Yorki..Thank you again .. 10 stars for Vetco Total Care and the staff ... Mikkos momma .
I have had my goofball for 4 years. Since I've gotten him we have been to other vets who were honestly really good but due to them closing I had to find someone new. I'm glad I chose here. My dog would tear himself apart with allergies. I really felt like we had done everything. Needless to say first visit and everything changed I'm really glad I chose this vet. My goofy boy looks entirely new and he's healthier and doing a lot better than he was. Genuinely he can be weird but I think it only took both the doctor and the nurse maybe a minute to have him and his cat brother and sister to be totally in love. My dog has never been scared of the doctor but our last visit I told him we were going to see the doctor and he was spinning in circles and howling and very politely dragged me out of the house and launched himself into the car. I am really happy I found and chose this vet and this was only one instance of their amazing and knowledgeable behavior. 10/10 And he loves checking through his stack of bandanas to make sure he looks extra handsome. They really are a 10/10. I'm really so very thankful.
Vetco Clinic on Atlantic is the best ever. Meagan is sweet and shows such amazing attention to my fur babies. Will not take my babies anywhere else. Kelsey is just the sweetest to my babies when checking them in and out for their visit. I highly recommend Vetco clinic to EVERYONE
