This was my first time Pole Dancing. I’m extremely uncoordinated and don’t have the greatest upper body strength. I was not expecting me to get it in one hour. I spun on the pole several times. The instructor was so nice, supportive, and fun. A very inclusive, non-judgmental environment. Love it!!!!
This was a lot of fun. I had Audrey she was fun and taught the class with easy fun instructions. Thank you for this I will be returning for more classes! I felt more empowered sexy independent and enjoy this very much so. Appreciate you!
Love it! We went for the trail class and Lucy was awsome , we registered for the 8 clases.
We booked a private party with Coach Dani as part of a bachelorette trip, and we had the best time! A highlight of our weekend. We chose pole work only and loved the tricks that she taught us. The length of the class was perfect- we had no experience and it tested our stamina! Dani was great at showing us the safest and most supportive ways to do the tricks. I never felt at risk of being hurt, which was very important to me. Highly recommend this experience!
Lucy was soooooo amazing! Thank you so much. She is an expert at what she does & I’ll recommend coming to Vertica & ask for Lucy!!!!
