I’ve been doing CrossFit on and off since 2007, and when my husband and I moved here from Cleveland, we joined TriForce CrossFit right away. We’re so glad we did! The coaches and members are incredibly welcoming, supportive, and motivating. The community has made it so much easier to make friends and feel at home in a new place. TriForce offers so much more than just a workout. They provide physical therapy led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, nutrition coaching, and an amazing brand-new facility dedicated to fitness and development for kids. We genuinely love being part of TriForce, it challenges us, encourages us, and it’s the best way to start our day!
If you’re struggling to stay consistent with the gym, I 100% recommend TriForce and giving CrossFit a try. I used to just go through the motions—headphones on, repeating the same workouts without much progress. Since joining TriForce, that’s completely changed. I’m getting way more out of my workouts and pushing myself in ways I didn’t think I could, even after shoulder surgery and the limitations that come with it. What really sets this place apart is the atmosphere. The owners, coaches, and members genuinely care. People are always helping with technique, sharing advice, and encouraging you to push past what you think your limits are. If you’re thinking about joining—just do it.
TriFoorce Crossit is awesome, can’t say enough good things about it ! Great coaches and community of athletes ! I started CrossFit about 3 months ago and I have made leaps and bounds on my mobility and cardio without no injuries, because of the coaches advice and knowledge ! I’m very impressed with my progress in a short amount of time . It has helped me tremendously on how to become stronger, have proper form , endurance , cardio & confidence!💪🏋️♀️
I used to be a triforce member and due to my busy schedule i had to leave and i am finally back and could not be more excited! everyone has welcomed me back with open arms and people i havent seen in 2 years remembered my name! It is such a family environment and I love that the workouts can be modified for all skill levels!
Great gym! Dropped in for 2 weeks. Friendly coaches and members, great WODs. I'll be back next time I'm in town! Thanks!
