If you want to see real passion, dedication, and positive energy, you should sign up for classes with Mr. Greenwood! We’ve been to a few martial arts classes, and we have honestly never seen this level of positive energy, discipline, and engagement. When you see 30–40 kids completely involved, listening, responding, and reacting to every command during the entire class, you know the coach is doing an amazing job! Mr. Greenwood creates such a great environment for the kids-fun, energetic, but also focused and disciplined. We absolutely love this place and highly recommend it!

My daughter has absolutely thrived at this place! From the very first day, the instructors made her feel welcomed, encouraged, and excited to learn. Not only has she developed impressive karate skills, but I’ve also seen a huge boost in her confidence, focus, discipline, and respect for others. The instructors genuinely care about each child and do an amazing job balancing structure, fun, and positive reinforcement. They take the time to recognize each student’s strengths and help them grow at their own pace. As a parent, it’s incredibly rewarding to watch my daughter walk into class with a smile and leave feeling proud of herself after every lesson. We went in for a trial class and signed up before we left. My 5 year old has pretty bad anxiety with new situations and lacks self confidence. He started the glass with sobbing tears and Mr. Greenwood quickly turned that around. By the end of the class my son was so excited to come back. I'm really excited to see how this class builds his confidence. The amount of respect they are teaching was also a big selling point.

We are so pleased with the growth in confidence and coordination we have seen in our daughter since starting the Little Hero class.
