Valerie Allen, Realtor Coldwell Banker Vanguard

A Joy to Work With... Professional, available and a fine example of what are unfortunately considered old-fashioned values. She represented her clients but also let us know that she cared for and appreciated us, the buyers.

Thankful and grateful . I appreciate her persistence and level of professionalism. her knowledge of the market And local area paid off. She advised us of a Fair price to sale at. Our property was well marketed and represented. We are grateful for the experience we had.

Excellent and Easy to Work With. Valerie was a fantastic realtor to work with and helped me through the entire process, even going so far as to help break the process down and explain it to me so I understood what to expect next. She was also very patient in working with me even with going back and forth with the seller to discuss or negotiate things. I would definitely recommend Valerie if you are looking for a home.
