I’ve bought and sold many homes over the years and worked with numerous realtors, but I’ve never worked with anyone like Kendra Peck. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the current market and her local area, but that’s only part of what makes her exceptional. I needed to sell my brother’s home in Fleming Island after he passed away, while living more than 900 miles away. Kendra stepped in and handled every detail with professionalism, compassion, and dedication. She found reasonably priced contractors, oversaw repairs, coordinated charitable donations and content removal, checked on cleaning, and even brought her own blower to clean out the garage before a showing! The video she created of the home was absolutely amazing, and thanks to her expertise and hard work, the house sold faster than I ever expected and for more than I had hoped. Throughout the entire process, Kendra showed genuine kindness and care during a difficult time. I will never forget everything she did for me and my family. If you’re looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond, I can’t recommend Kendra highly enough. She truly is the best!

I can't express how grateful I am for Kendra's guidance with our home sale. My husband was working overseas. I was POA and worried about handling paperwork. Kendra was instrumental in walking me through it, offering names of contractors, electricians & movers that would get us to another state. She answered all my annoying calls & emails in a timely manner & had our home staged beautifully. She's a real pro. Do not hesitate to contact her for your real estate transaction.
Kendra is amazing to work with. She’s incredibly reliable and resourceful, and is absolutely not afraid to get her hands dirty and help when we’ve needed it! Highly, HIGHLY recommend using her and her team for your next investment in real estate!
Kendra cares for her customers. She is wants nothing but the best for her customers. She provides honest insights which will bring the best results in the fastest time. She goes above and beyond to be sure the properties she is selling show their best. She is great to work with!
Kendra Peck is my realtor and I have been extremely happy with the time she spends showing us homes, while being understanding that we are being extremely picky in our next home (hopefully our last) purchase. I highly recommend her!
