Patty is an amazing realtor! She has such a great personality. As a first time home buyer this process was pretty intimidating. Patty made the home looking process a breeze, she was so knowledgeable, and checked in with me even before I was ready to start my search and kept me informed on the market. She was available any hour of the day and with us for every step of the way. She kept me up to date on the progress of our home, and fought for us. Because of her commitment we went from having a brand new townhome to a new HOUSE with the same benefits. She really cares about her clients and I would recommend her to everyone.
Patty Barthlow is a very hard worker. She truly cares and puts her clients interest first. Her commitment to clients becomes crystal clear in her excellent communication. Patty answered every call, email and text that we sent her with questions or just wanted to review with her during this 1-1/2 year long home- finding process. A few times I thought she was an angel because she was always professional and always nice, even when things didn't go just right. When came to the actual home buying process, Patty guided us through every step, making sure that we clearly understood the contract. We closed about 10 days ago and she is still in touch with us making sure that all is well. Amazing follow-up to find these days!
