It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either, maybe my NY deli expectations were too high. Had a breakfast sandwich and an Italian hero. No eggs cooked to order only hard fried eggs? Breakfast sandwich could have been better with options for easier cooked eggs and on a hard roll. The Italian wasn't bad but just kind of run of the mill, no better or worse than any other sandwich shop. I see a lot of great reviews for the pastrami on rye, I'll be back one of these days to try that and I'll update my review afterwards. The staff was friendly, my order came out quick, the place is clean and I appreciated all the NY decor inside also.
Food was ok nothing special. My wife the club sandwich which was small and the bread wasn’t good and I got a buffalo chicken wrap it was eh. Thought it would be fresh cooked chicken you can tell it’s frozen already cooked chicken and the ranch tastes weird. The pizza was not was I was expecting at all I was expecting a NY Slice of pizza like thin crispy bottom can fold over and this one was equivalent to a chucky cheese slice. Won’t be going back
Gave the new deli a try. We got our sandwiches to go. Not much room inside. Service and food were great! I had an Italian sub and my wife had a club. Can't wait to try their pastrami.
I got the pastrami reuben NY size ,and it was fantastic. The flavor of the pastrami was heavenly. I would come back again just for that sandwich. Next time I think I’ll get a pastrami and corned beef reuben. They also sell 6 pack of bagels from Just Bagels in NYC. I’m going to have to come back for those bagels to bring home. I forgot to get my Dr Browns soda dang it!!! Ohh well next time I’ll remember.
Very nice first experience here. Pastrami reuben was tasty...1/2lb meat did not disappoint Chili dog was damn good. Kudos and dont hesitate to give them a try and support their success 👍
