Loan officer was very informative and explained the entire process and answered all questions. Tyler DeRuiter was easy to contact and polite thru the entire process. Our experience took longer than the normal not bc of UHM but seller issues and Tyler was patient and supportive thru the whole thing.
This deal had alot of setbacks due to unforseen circumstances which could have been overwhelming. Tyler was able to pull it all together and made it seemless. UHM has the perfect balance of human and automated service that made the process less painful. Highly recommend.
UHM helped me get my new home project started. I would recommend them especially after the first company I contacted couldn't get the job done but UHM came through for me.
