Tyrone went above and beyond in our recent office condo transaction. He navigated the negotiations well keeping both parties interests in mind, being firm when needed and flexible when provided feedback. His analysis of the property we purchased was very helpful along with others in the area. This was not back of the envelope work but detailed data that helped me make a good decision. Post closing he handled arranging some small repairs that could not be completed pre transaction which I didn't expect, but appreciated. His communication was always timely pre transaction as well as during the transaction. I cannot recommend Tyrone highly enough!
